For over two decades, Jason has channeled his passion into crafting products and fostering communities that profoundly impact people’s lives.
Jason’s journey in the digital strategy landscape saw him leading a global team of product managers at Acoustic, a marketing technology offshoot from IBM. His tenure with IBM began with the acquisition of Silverpop, where he was instrumental in devising revolutionary products like Universal Behavior, Smart Content, Snooze, and several AI-driven innovations.
Shortly after founding Product Coffee, Jason joined Method. At Method, he consulted with a diverse range of clients, developing modern product strategies and successfully bringing new products to market. Now, at Product Coffee, Jason dedicates his energy to building a robust community of product professionals, offering educational and networking programs, and providing coaching and consulting services to those in the field.
Throughout his career, Jason has managed a product portfolio exceeding $120M in personalized marketing, shared his insights at global events, and guided his clientele in reimagining their marketing strategies and tools.
Beyond the corporate realm, Jason’s zeal for products and community is evident. He is the driving force behind the ProductCamp Atlanta “unconference,” which holds the distinction of being the longest continuously running ProductCamp event in the world. Additionally, his philanthropic endeavor, Play Me Again Pianos, merges art and music, placing free public pianos throughout the Atlanta metro area, spreading joy and fostering community spirit.
